RAKSHAK INDIA'S BRAVES: CHAPTER 2
Naib Subedar Sombir Singh and DySP Aman Thakur conducted joint operations in Kashmir following the Pulwama attack in 2019. A bigger attack than Pulwama was planned 10 days later, targeting the Chief of the Army and the Defense Minister. Foreign terrorists held hostages as part of their plan, which was disrupted due to the intense joint operations in the valley, putting their lives at stake. Subedar Sombir Singh and DySP Aman Thakur neutralized the foreign terrorists, identified as Category ‘A++’, thereby saving many lives. Unfortunately, the duo lost their lives in the process.
